Remote Assistance Tool Download

Please be aware that hourly service rates will be applied to remote service work.

Click here to download "hhpcsremote.exe".

This tool will allow you to "push" a connection to one of our support technicians so they can see and control your screen remotely. You must start the connection to us: there is no way for Helping Hand PC to establish the connection on our own! (This is a security consideration.)

We also have detailed instructions on how to download and start the Remote Assistance tool.

Mac Users

If you are using a Mac, the process is (unfortunately) slightly more complicated. You will need to download a program called Vine Server. The technician you talk to on the phone will guide you through the connection process.

Spam Filter

Current customers can login to our spam filter to better identify spam, or mark emails that should have been delivered to their email inboxes.
