Remote Assistance Tool Download
As of April 9th, 2008 we've updated our remote assistance tool (again!)
Click here to download "hhpcsremote.exe".
This tool will allow you to "push" a connection to one of our support technicians so they can see and control your screen remotely. You must start the connection to us: there is no way for Helping Hand PC to establish the connection on our own! (This is a security consideration.)
