For every case where it makes more sense to work directly in your home or office, we can send our techs to you. No job is too difficult. If you need help installing a new, complicated software package, upgrading your Windows Server, or even just running regular maintenance on your workstations, Helping Hand PC can handle it.

New System Purchasing/Prep

If you're in the market for a new PC, Helping Hand PC can help. We are a Dell Solution Provider, a Gateway Reseller and a Microsoft Partner, which means not only are we well aquainted with all of their products, but we can help you pick the system that's right for you. Not only that, we will ship the computer to our office, register your computer, run all of the available Windows Updates and install your additional software for you. Once the machine is ready to use we'll even bring it out to your location and set it up for you!

Virus/Spyware Cleanup

Is your computer running slow? Are you getting constant pop-up windows advertising who knows what? Helping Hand PC can clean out all of the malware, spyware and viruses that might have snuck into your system. Drop your computer off at our office, and we'll run a full set of system cleanup tools on it to remove every last trace of malicious software. When you get your computer back, it will be running like new again.

Hard Drive Crash Recovery

Hard drives are the long term memory of your computer. They are also mechanical parts which can fail over time. When this happens, Helping Hand PC can try to recover information from the drive. If necessary, we can even send it out for professional data recovery. A good backup system should always be your first line of defense, but when disaster strikes, we can help get your computer back up and running quickly.

Server Prep/Installation

If your business has grown to the point where it's getting difficult to exchange files and work efficiently, it might be time to introduce a server. Helping Hand PC can help you purchase a new server, install it onsite, and transition your workstations into a Windows domain environment.
