Helping Hand PC Services & Networking was founded by Dave Eshoo in 1998. Since its inception, the company has grown to a staff of 6 full-time employees, including 3 full-time technicians and a full-time web developer. We strive to provide the best solutions for our customers.

Dave

Dave

Dave is the owner and president of Helping Hand, and bears the greatest responsibilities of anyone. In addition to personally visiting our clients regularly, Dave helps customers design new computer systems to fit their needs, and acts as a fountain of knowledge for the rest of the company. He has a strong commitment to always "doing right" by the customer and is never more concerned with the bottom line than making sure our clients' needs are met. On top of his full time duties at Helping Hand, Dave is an Assistant Director for BNI and is responsbile for many of the chapters in the Fox Valley area.

Brian

Brian

Brian serves Helping Hand PC clients by designing and constructing fully standards compliant websites and web applications, while still occasionally working as an Onsite Technician for the company's clients. He's been with the company since 2005 and holds a BS in Computer Science. Brian has been developing web-based sites and applications since high school and pays special attention to useability, portability and accessibility. His most notable traits are a highly tuned attention to detail and a desire to do every job efficiently and correctly. He's comfortable working in Windows, linux and Mac environments, and is fluent in C++, PHP, Perl, SQL, XHTML, CSS and AJAX, just to name a few. If you looking to do something special with your website, chances are extremely good that Brian can make it happen.

Sue

Sue

Sue is responsible for maintining the day to day operations of Helping Hand PC. She serves as Office Manager and can be counted on to handle any administrative issue that might arise. Sue's warm personality and enthusiastic attitude make her a joy to work with, and we're proud to have her as the first point of contact for Helping Hand.

John L.

John L.

John is Helping Hand PC's onsite technician. Meaning that he is currently tasked with assisting our customers at their location. John got his start in computer repair and service by playing video games and trying to get better performance out of his own poorly maintained systems. John's main computer interests are network technologies, and computing standards. John has a BS in Computer Science, and has been with the company since 2006.

John S.

John Snider is Helping Hand PC's sales representative. He is responsible for checking with clients we have not heard from in a while, in addition to making follow-up calls to ensure our technicians met our clients' expecations.

Jim

Jim

Jim is Helping Hands newest inside technician. He is a recent graduate of DeVry University with a BS in Computer and Information Systems and has been building, repairing and maintaining computers and small networks for friends and family for years. His responsibilities include preparing new computer systems and diagnosing and repairing computers, both in shop and remotely. He joined the Helping Hand team in 2007.
